Visa Fees
Visa Fee Change: This is to inform all applicants that effective 27 September 2011 the new visa fee for Embassy of Switzerland, New Delhi will be as follows:

Please note:

Children under 6 years will not pay any visa fee

Children of 6-12 years of age will pay Rs 2500/-

Postal /Referral fee of Rs. 300/- would be charged for certain visa applications i.e. student, dependent, Work Permit, Written Objection etc. (in addition to visa fee)
- All Visa fee and Service charges are payable only in cash.
Note: Each case is reviewed separately at the time of application, and no guarantee can be given that a visa will be issued. In any case, the visa fees will NOT BE REFUNDED.
VFS Service Charges
Applicants shall be levied a service charge of Rs 672/- (inclusive of service tax, SMS service & education cess) payable in cash.
Please note Applicants applying at Jalandhar, Chandigarh, or Kolkata Centres need to pay courier charge which will include two way courier charges pertaining to the transfer of visa applications to New Delhi and sending back the passports for delivery to the preferred address of the visa applicants or at the respective regional VFS Visa Application Centres in the respective cities.

Please note:
- The applicable visa fee in Indian Rupees is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice.
- The optional courier facility is available at Rs 255/- (inclusive of service tax) per application.(w.e.f. 02 April, 2012).
- All fees are non-refundable.
