Please note that w.e.f. 11 May 2011 number of applications accepted at Swiss embassy and VFS Swiss centre is limited per day. Individuals/Travel agents/representatives can submit applications only by prior appointment.

Please ensure that you make an appointment before you visit VFS Swiss visa application centre, New Delhi in order to avoid waiting time.

How to make an appointment
In order to schedule an appointment for all categories of visa applications, please email at swissappointment.delhi@vfshelpline.com. We will respond to all emails within 24 hrs from the time of receipt of email on all business working days confirming your appointment details (as per availability). Please note all requests received on Saturday & Sunday will be replied on the next business working day. Please carry a print out of the e-mail confirmation of your appointment when you visit the VFS visa application centre. You should reach the visa application centre 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Travel agents/Representative seeking an appointment
Kindly note we will only entertain a request for a maximum of 20 applicants in one email. Kindly email separately in case a group comprises for more than 20 applicants.

Please mention the name of the travel agent/representative who will come to the VFS Swiss visa application centre to submit the application.
Kindly ensure that travel agent/representative carries a valid ID proof along with him.
It is not possible for appointment details to be changed once made or for another person to attend the visa application centre. You must make one request for an appointment only (multiple requests are likely to result in not receiving an appointment).
VFS will aim to send you a response to your request as soon as possible. However, please note you may not receive an immediate response if there is a high volume of requests. You will be allocated the first available appointment.
Please note:
You will not be allowed to enter the application centre under the following conditions:

If the number of applicants are more as compared to the ones advised at the time of appointment.

If there is any difference between the information provided by the Individual/travel agents/representative at the time of making an appointment and the time of attending the visa application centre.
Appointments will be issued only via. E-mail; you cannot obtain an appointment by visiting VFS
Swiss application centre or by calling the visa application centre.
First time travelers to Schengen countries have to present themselves for an interview at the Embassy of Switzerland without exception as per the allotted date and time by VFS. After the Interview given at the Swiss Embassy, please allow a minimum of 4 working days for further processing and the final decision.
